Our Mission:

Cultivate faith into everyday life, Provide a place of love and care, and Spread the good news about the kingdom of God.

We are celebrating 4 years of God's miracles in Phoenix, Arizona and Liberia - West Africa.   We are grateful to God about carrying us through many struggles to reach this far.  God is doing some wonderful things; and are glad to be part of it.

It is our passion to make our faith a daily matter of importance; we do not just want to be "religious" on Sunday mornings, but rather to live what we believe.  Reaching to the point of doing what we believe is the genesis of a great adventure in the Lord; it is beginning of the road to an explosive life of shock and awe as we live daily on the promises of God.

We seek to provide a place of love and care.  Whether in the church, at home, at work, or in any social setting, we always want to provide a place wherein the love of God and fellow men can be exhibited.  In our world today, people are hurting; we want to be there for the hurting.  We want to be their companion in times of need, and in time of victories.  Showing Christ's love to others by caring for them is a great thing; but it has to be done somewhere.  So whether just changing a bad atmosphere to a positive one, of loving others at church and everywhere else, providing a haven of rest full of love and care is what to seek to do.  We understand that people do not really care most of what we know or believe until we show them that we care and have love for them.  Our actions speaks volumes than empty words with the accompanying actions. Let's get out there and do something to demonstrate Christ's love to the world.

Our vision is simple: seek, integrate, equip and send.  In the Great Commission Christ commands all Christians to go out there, find people and tell them about the Good News of the kingdom of God.  As we reach people, we must now integrate them into "kingdom thinking and kingdom lifestyle" by teaching them the principles of Christian living.  For those in a strange land, integration is not just a change in a state of mind, but it has physical components by which one must learn how to do certain things to live, survive and progress.  So whether we are integrating into the Christian mindset from being non-Christians, or learning a new culture in a strange land, we must all work hard to make some good adjustments for our own betterment.

Spreading the word of God and equipping the saints is our ultimate desire.   We want to go out there and tell others what God has done in our lives.  We teach them the Bible, but something amazing happens when we share our personal testimonies with others.  This makes it very personal.  It is not just stories of old from the Bible, but we tell them our own experiences combined with what is already in the Scriptures; this makes a huge difference.  Join us to tell others about what God has done in your life; you could be the answer to someone's prayer.

Africa Faith Expressions is a body of believers predominantly from Africa who come together to worship the Lord and fellowship.  We are a family.  Our doors are opened to everyone.  As a matter of fact, we love blended fellowships wherein we can share our cultures with others as we bless the name of the Lord than only have only Africans.

Our women are hardworking; they are great to be around, and they love the Lord.  One of our greatest struggle is with our young people as they struggle with this integration thing.  Many of them are trapped between the American culture and our Africa cultures; some of them are changing to fast to the point of forgetting all the unique things that make our culture great.  Please keep us in prayers so the Lord can help us to deal with our children effectively.  With the use of TV programming, internet, ipods, ipods, and gang groups on one side, the competition for the future of our children is a tough battleground.  Join us in prayer that these youth can have a life of purpose and meaning.

Our services are wonderful.  We love to dance, sing and clap our hands.  If you plan to worship with us, please get ready to hum the songs and dance to the beat.  We sing in two major Liberian dialects: Grebo and Krahn.  Each of these dialect choirs are unique; they will get you clapping and rocking even before you realize it.  We have a powerpacked Praise & Worship Team that will not let you just sit back and watch the show, you will find yourself standing up and making the moves as they lead us in worship without any shame or intimidation.  They are very expressive.  We also have an English Choir that leads us in worship in English for everyone; they are a wonderful group.
